Tell us more specifically what you do, and what makes it so special
From DISMAG, we have developed two lines of Magnesium-based products. In the first place, we have the line of food supplements focused on completing the Magnesium deficit detected among the population, due to a lower intake than necessary through the diet. Different formats and formulations are available in order to adapt to the consumer. The second line consists of bath salts based on Epsom Salts, where the main objective is the acquisition of vitality and personal well-being while achieving a series of properties at the muscular, joint and bone level thanks to the absorption of Magnesium. topically.
Why do you think organic is so important?
The importance lies in the philosophy around the sector. The consumption proposal that the ecological sector offers to the public, as opposed to an aggressive and unsustainable system for our planet. Although the evolution and impact of this sector remains to be known, it is clear that one of the main drivers of this is the people who drive it and are behind it. And, above all, the idea of achieving another kind of consumption, built around the environment. To achieve this, the best tool available to the sector is the development of guaranteed quality products, with clear standards and strengthening product-consumer trust through efficient and transparent procedures.
What are your expectations for the future of the organic sector?
It is currently a sector with increasing popularity. This gives you incredibly wide visibility, yet it can also become your own Achilles heel. Given the growing popularity, it is possible to be tempted to industrialize and produce these products on a larger scale, losing the bases and standards of these products. For this reason, I believe that, although popular acceptance is an advance, the sector must take into account previous errors of other similar industries and shield itself.
