Esteve Garriga (1970, Caldes de Montbui) is the owner and manager of Can Garriga , a family business with a long tradition in the production of organic food. He grew accustomed to the food environment of his family’s bakery and oven. He trained in an MBA and, after a few years dedicated to business administration, he founded his own project. Since 2009, Can Garriga offers organic broths, creams and preserves made with local ingredients and maintaining artisanal processes.
