A high level speaker line-up has been confirmed for IFOAM EU’s annual Organic Processing Conference, which will take place in Zwolle, Netherlands, on 16-17 January 2018.
With an overarching theme of ‘Improving Organics: Making It Happen – Digital opportunities for organic processors’, the conference includes plenary sessions on the impact on processors and traders of the new EU Regulation, and on the question of how the next generation can build on existing objectives of the organic sector.
Other sessions will address the opportunities and impacts of digitalisation of the organic sector, and ‘reinventing consumer communications’.
