Interview with Ellen Visser, Eco Warehouse
Tell us a bit about your company
We are an European distributor, specialized in sustainable non-food products. Our products are zero-waste, a plastic free world and help with the prevention of food waste. We believe in a plastic free world, without waste of food or without the use of unnecessary toxic materials. Of course we cannot do this alone, we need our customers and our brands. Together we can reach these goals!
I started this company very small, out of my home, 7 years ago. Now I work with a wonderful team and we service B2B customers all over Europe, from nice boutique shops, concept-stores, museum shops and zero-waste shops to outdoor stores, organic supermarkets and specialized retail chains.
Tell us about your latest product(s), promotions or launches visitors can hope to see on your stand.
We bring 2 new products to Eco Life Scandinavia: The Hugger Bag by Food Huggers. This is the next generation of silicone bags for storage, freezing, taking your snacks on the go, keeping leftovers in the fridge, you name it. The Hugger Bag is easy to clean in the dishwasher and suitable for use in the oven, freezer and microwave. Made of 100% platinum silicone and BPA free. Using the Hugger bag instead of plastic bags will save a lot of waste!
And we bring our new brand Fluf bags: Lunchbags made of certified organic cotton and a water-resistant lining made of recycled PETbottles. Both kids as adults love them!
Why was Eco Life Scandinavia 2021 an unmissable opportunity for you?
We have been part of the Eco Life Scandinavia trade show for some years now. And this year is the first show since the pandemic started, so we’re looking forward to being there again!
What kind of visitors are you looking forward to meeting at Eco Life Scandinavia?
We are looking forward to meet part of our customers in person again and meet retailers that do business with a sustainable heart!
