Unilever has acquired the UK based healthy snacks brand Graze in a deal worth a reported £150 million.
Graze, which launched in 2008, offers over 200 snack combinationsthrough snack subscription boxes, an online shopand retailer channels. The company distributes thousands of snack boxes per day across the UK. In 2013 the company expanded into the US, Graze expanded operations to include the United States in 2013, launching snacks into US retailers in 2016.
With a broad portfolio of healthy snack products, Graze accelerates Unilever’s presence in the fast-growing healthy snacking and out of home markets.
