Natural health and wellness pioneer Weleda has published a new hardback book – Natural Wellness Every Day – written in collaboration with wellbeing writer and holistic therapist Emine Rushton.

Designed ‘to capture 100 years of Weleda wisdom’, Natural Wellness Every Day promotes natural health and presents insights, tips and recipes for a complete mind-body approach to wellbeing, drawing on the brand’s expertise to offer specialist holistic advice.
