Tell us a bit about your company
HAGI was created by women: Hanna – chemist and cosmetologist by profession – and her two daughters, Agata and Gabriela, inspired by their passion – love of nature and a holistic approach to cosmetic rituals, to address various skin issues in a natural way.
Hanna started by gathering and drying herbs, and making water- and oil-based extracts. She learned the names of plants and their properties. Together with her husband, they experimented with steam distillations to obtain essential oils. As chemists, they enjoyed these experiments a lot, and soon their two female friends joined in. After gathering theoretical knowledge from specialist books, they felt ready to start making products. First came soaps and creams. These first trial soaps often had funny names, such as “St Agatha’s Soap”, “Disgusting Soap” or “Save the Cream”… Today, our range comprises products for bath and body care, face care, scented candles and baby care. Yes, all these.
As for Hagi Baby, it all started when Agata was pregnant with her son, and she tried to find reliable, yet natural products for everyday care. Most of the available products had lots of artificial additives or were based on paraffin, which were a “no, no” for her. So, she decided to create her own product line… and with a little help from experts, pediatricians, chemists and cosmetologists, Hagi baby was born.
Tell us about your latest product(s), promotions, or launches visitors can hope to see on your stand.
Today, after two years of meticulous research and development process, we are ready to present to all Eco Life visitors and broader public our latest launch HAGI PHASES – a set of three specially designed face creams making women naturally happier by addressing their skin needs in a monthly cycle through careful and sensitive observation.
Here again, it all started from a close and tender observation of our own needs, women’s needs. As women, we function in a monthly cycle governed by recurring hormone fluctuations. This observation led us to our new project – a scientific research prepared and carried out in cooperation with independent cosmetic laboratories and the National Centre for Research and Development. The findings proved that there exists a correlation between fluctuating hormone levels and skin’s condition. Furthermore, the project resulted in the preparation of products which contain natural ingredients thoroughly selected in accordance with the needs of skin in a given cycle phase –menstrual, follicular or luteal. The comprehensive set includes 3 face creams: PHASES 1, 2 and 3. Each formulation is completely different. Products are available in a set and individually.
We envision a world of women who are happier by embracing skincare concept as a holistic idea, and through careful observation of their unique skin needs in a monthly cycle address them by using appropriately designed skin care products. Does it sound too daring

We could not imagine a better audience for the launch of HAGI PHASES creams which combine the concept of a natural product with a revolutionary approach to skin care. These products literally inspire a mental revolution in how we – women – cope with our monthly phases. Not only in our skin care routine but also in how we get ready for the challenges of everyday life. It happens through careful observation of our bodies, moods, general conditions, and giving ourselves the right to respect them, not to fight with them.
We believe that the audience at Eco Life Scandinavia is open minded and ready for this revolutionary approach to skin care. We are excited to talk about it and to answer all the questions we may hear. We are also quite curious to see the novelties from fellow producers and to observe new trends in our sector.
What kind of visitors are you looking forward to meeting at Eco Life Scandinavia?
HAGI products are not yet distributed in Scandinavia, and yet is the word here. So, we are open to new business opportunities both in direct co-operation with retail and in working with local distributors. Our products are a perfect fit for multiple beauty retail chains, supermarkets and department stores, as well as for importers, wholesalers and distributors.
Our presence here is the first step in building our distribution in the region. We look forward to all business visitors interested in the unique products we offer but we will be also happy to talk to individual consumers, bloggers and influencers looking for cosmetic innovations.
