Fogarolli, the Italian themed Swedish mobile coffee chain, has joined forces with plant-based milk start-up Sproud.
Launching this month, the collaboration will see Sproud rolled out throughout Fogarolli’s 33 coffee cars across Sweden.
Sammy Challal, channel partnership manager at Sproud said of the partnership: “It’s great to be part of Fogarolli’s range providing the only plant-based milk alternative that will offered at Fogarolli. We will also be featuring as “The Vegan Latte” option on the menu.”
Sproud Barista is one of the range of milk alternatives offered by Sproud. The company was launched in 2018 by a group of entrepreneurs in Malmö, in the south of Sweden. “More than dairy-free milk alternative”, Sproud sees itself as “a family of passionate people doing things better, about coming together to create great products with a minimal climate footprint”.
Fogarolli and Sproud say the new partnership “brings two companies with shared values together providing customers with the best coffee experience”.
Sproud’s dairy-free drinks are made from protein, from dried yellow peas grown in Europe. The company says it is currently working to source organic ingredients, with the aim of being all-organic within two years.
