Cuéntanos más concretamente a que te dedicas, y que lo hace tan especial

Somos Pioneros en la fabricación de chocolates ecológicos en España, llevamos 20 años en el sector y junto a la certificación de Comercio Justo queremos ofrecer no sólo el chocolate más sabroso, también el más responsable tanto con las personas como con nuestro planeta.

Chocolates Solé nace en el año 1946 para ofrecer los mejores chocolates posibles, siempre orientados en la calidad y la evolución nos ha llevado a seguir con la misma filosofía, pero evolucionando hacia una producción responsable.
Nuestra implicación me ha llevado a viajar personalmente a República Dominicana, lugar dónde se cultiva nuestro Cacao y he podido ver las acciones realizadas que van desde la mejora en infraestructuras como puentes, escuelas, ordenadores, mejoras de las viviendas y depuradores de agua entre muchas otras acciones.

¿Qué técnicas o sistemas usáis para producir ecológico?

Podemos ver claramente la implicación desde lo social hasta el producto.
Ofrecemos productos comprometidos con el medio, esto incluye la materia prima, el chocolate y su formulación hasta el envase.
Para nosotros ofrecer un chocolate que respete y promueva un consumo responsable lo es todo, por eso intentamos que esta mentalidad se refleje al máximo en todos los aspectos.

¿Cuáles son tus expectativas para el futuro del sector ecológico?

Como en todos los campos, creo que hay mucho camino por recorrer, hay mucha gente que ya ha tomado consciencia de la importancia de consumir responsablemente, pero nos queda mucho camino por recorrer como sociedad.
Creo que hay un problema de comunicación hacia la sociedad, si se hace bien, el consumidor acabará eligiendo cada vez más productos como el nuestro.
Las claves están en la integración social de todos los sectores y ofrecer productos 100% sostenibles.
