Skincity, one of the leading online companies within skincare and professional advice in Scandinavia has acquired the majority of shares in Effortless Skin, one of the UK’s leading online cosmeceutical skin care retailers.
After its launch in 2011, Skincity has rapidly grown into one of Scandinavia’s leading online skincare companies, achieving this growth entirely organically. The company already operates in three countries: Sweden, Norway and Finland. The acquisition is the first for the company. Skincity’s head office is currently located in Sweden, with local offices in Norway and Finland. The Finnish office of Skincity was launched as recently as May this year.

This also gives many other advantages, such as import, access to more brands and of course a presence in one of Europe’s biggest skincare markets” says Mikael Kjellman, CEO, Skincity.
